  • Can I visit directly to KlinikRobot.com store?

    Yes, you’re welcomed to visit our place by appointment one (1) day a head, please check the websites first (about products that you need) then call us for appointment by WhatsApp (+6281806095359) for stock availability, our stock is updated everyday (at 13.00 p.m). After appointment get confirmed, then you can go with Google Map (GPS activated) to find : KlinikRobot.com locations.

  • I am having trouble placing an order on the website

    If you are unable to purchase on the website then please request from our email address sandy(at)klinikrobot.com/ Whatsapp (+62-818-0609-5359). Remember to include the item number & quantity you require and shipment addresses.

  • Is need to add insurance for shipment?

    Indonesian shipping agent (JNE, Wahana) will pay to cover missing items during delivery (maximum) = 10x (10 times) from shipping cost. So, if you want to add insurance for your order, please contact us for futher details.

  • I already make payment for my order, what I must do for next?

    If you do payment using Manual Bank Transfer please inform us by e-mail/ whatsapp (+6281806095359). We will shipping your order soon. Same day shipping will be conducted if payment received before 09.00 a.m

  • Where is my invoice?

    An invoice is included with the order when it is shipped.

  • I want to return the goods because mistaken to choose the right products, how to proceed this?

    Please contact us by email/ WhatsApp/ Blackberry Messenger, we will receive the returned products first before can re-send the right products you required (valid for 7 days after good received). Because we need 1-2 days to checking returned goods. Please make sure you not open the sealed packaging.
