We are happy to cater for our overseas customers. We accept a bank transfer/ Western Union for this service. If you are interested in purchasing an item and getting it posted overseas please email us for a quote and the transfer details.

We will liase with you and our bank account/ Western Union and inform you when the money has cleared at which point, we can send your the items. We prepare the best shipping for you, with TNT/ DHL/ UPS/ FedEx, the shipment will delivered between 3-4 days. With EMS, shipment will arrive between 6-7 days. Usually our customer choose EMS, because it’s more economical (up to 50%).
   

RETURN :

15 days Return Policy
Customer satisfaction is a top priority for us, and we will try our best to ensure that you have a fun, positive experience with our products. However, because of the nature of our products, we cannot accept returns of partially (or completely) assembled kits and unpackaged items. We will accept returns of new, un-opened items in their original packaging within 15 days item received by customer and need have to pay 5% re-packaging fee. The initial shipping charge is not refundable. If you do decide to make a return, please send email to sandy(at)klinikrobot.com to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Return shipping cost is at customer expense. All returns must be identified with the RMA number on the outside of the package. Used/ assemblied products/ merchandise may not be returned for a refund.

Things appear to have been damaged in shipment?
Please email : sandy(at)klinikrobot.com right away. Include a description of the damages, and pictures if at all possible. This information is very helpful to us in assessing how we package our orders and helps prevent similar problems in the future. We’ll get replacements for the damaged goods out to you right away.
